Initially, I remember that I booked for two people with two breakfast. However, the staff told me that I just booked for one person and subsequently my partner unable to enjoy the breakfast together. I hope in the future the platform that I made booking need to the make clear in this manner. The breakfast just a normal expectation as compare with others 4-stars hotel.

It is a good location to my locations to visit and for friends to come and visit me.

The breakfast in the mornings was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When I met friends and we ate in the restaurant the menu and food was a good selection and very tasty. The check in staff and lobby area were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable during my stay.

I was wondering why there were no hand towels in the room? Generally I was pleased with everything.

One night between flights

Just fine for the price and a one night stay. Close to the airport.

Could have been some more fresh food (room service and breakfast). Grab (Bike) or similar needed to get anywhere, count on traffic jams.

A modern hotel with comfortable beds.

Breakfast was a bit confused. Whilst the food was fine, they still seemed confused. An example, you could make toast. But there were no knives to spread butter. I got them by asking.

They have a cool rooftop bar and pool. There are some options around to eat and drink.

The saunas are not well kept at all, smelled bad inside and the staff is acting really businessy.

Excellent stay for one night

Clean rooms, excellent and affordable restaurant. Sumptuous breakfast. Close to the airport (20 mins) and close to the city (20 mins), but the hotel is otherwise in the middle of nowhere. It's more like a transit hotel. Airport transfer by Gojek or Grab should cost around 55.000 Rp.

Staff is barely communicative in basic English though very helpful. Massage service was done in a rush due to late request. If this is the case, no orders should be taken after 10h30 pm. Rooms are freezing cold, and windows cannot be opened due to high floors.

New go to place in Surabaya

This is my 7th stay here in the last 4 months and Ive never been disappointed, the staff are excellent well trained and extremely helpful the rooms are spotless, breakfast has a huge variety the buffet lunches and weekly BBQ are great value. Add the open air beer garden, live music and swimming pool area and there's not much this place doesn't have.

Not much wrong with this place, it's a bit isolated and you need to get a cab if going out but that's kinda nice in Surabaya.

Breakfast variation is good and hotel is relatively new.

Breakfast variation is good and hotel is relatively new. Like the pool and bar at 5F to spend the afternoon.

I need to wait to be seated during breakfast time. I think the hotel doesn't have enough seating for guests during high season. My room also didn't get cleaned one day and no action from the hotel even after I made a call to reception/guest relation. The other day my room got cleaned but they took the mat and towels out without replacement. I got the towel and mat after calling to the reception/guest relation twice.

Friendly staff - gave good tips for restaurants Modern room. Looked like a brand new hotel Good laundry service

At the Pool it was quite windy. We had problems with the drainage in the shower but the engineering staff solved this very quickly so very happy about that service.

Overall experience is good.

Overall experience is good. However, it will be good that the restaurant label clearly the food ingredient. We ordered room service (Spaghetti Bolognese) for lunch, understand that most Bolognese is beef but sometimes it could also be replaced by other minced meats. We rang the customer service and they do apologies and change the meal for us immediately.

Good room and food, nice pool area

The staff handles various things inefficiently, e.g. checkin took us forever, it was the only hotel on our trip that apparently did not accept our debit mastercard (even remote hotels near Bromo did!). We also booked an airport transfer through the hotel in advance and all the details about the flight were already noted down and sent in the email confirmation. We then had to give all the details again upon checkin and the next morning of course nobody knew which terminal, which flight etc. Why give them the details twice if they still don‘t know in the end?? Also, we ordered 2 extra towels by phone- nothing happened. The same when at 8pm we let the room service know (as indicated on the card when receiving your food) that we had finished and they could pick the tray up outside the room. It was still there the next morning. This all just really got on our nerves. After all, it‘s a Novotel belonging to the Accor Group and these things should be done better.

good pleasant, overall happy. Few minor issues which are easliy resolved. then stay would be great

Good location, for me as the site I was working at was a 10minute walk away. Good helpful staff. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Gym and pool facilities were excellent. Spa was good also. Will stay again if I am travelling to that region of Indonesia

Hotel could warn guests about weddings and yoga around pool area. I was woken at 5:30 both Saturday and sunday morning on my stay. Which is not good. Music was far too loud for any guest who had a room on the poolside or over looking damsole bar area. Evening entertainment although good the music was far too loud and you could not have a conversation without shouting at each other. Again this is small area, not a stadium. Most nights there were maximum 10 guests watching entertainment not 10000 people.
